Gering tennis courts set to get upgrade
Gering High School tennis courts could get a new look by next summer.
GERING, Neb. (KNEP) - The Gering School Board approves $200,000 dollars to the Gering High School Tennis Court Project.
With several cracks as well as wear and tear the venture is a way to help fund an upgrade to the Gering tennis courts located near the high school parking lot. The project also is getting funding through grants and other donors.
In addition, Gering City Council will also vote on adding funding as well.
Once completed it could give Gering High School and community tennis players a court to play on for the next couple decades.
